Super friendly and great costumer service
This Melt Shop is the bomb! Service is friendly and quick. I loved the original chicken sandwich it’s way better than Chic-Fil-a! It was super busy when I came and the manager was eager to step in and help move the line which was awesome to see! Highly recommend!

The Nashville Hot chicken is better than most of the famous Nashville style only chicken places in California. I highly recommend it 10/10. I don't know what everyone else was talking about, but I ordered an hour before closing and the chicken was cooked fresh off the grill and not just sitting under heat lamps. They did however end up giving my order to someone behind me, but in the end I got a free shake and sandwich and my own order on top of that. So win for me
I recently ate at the Melt Shop in the Woodbury Commons and it was a great experience! The workers were friendly and very helpful, suggesting menu items to help us decide on what to have. The food came out quickly and it was super tasty! I was surprised with how clean the store was and it’s quickly become my new favorite quick service spot!
